The Early Intervention team

Before working at the CBC, Robyn was a registered nurse, a high school teacher and a Teacher of the Deaf with the Department of Education.

Robyn has a unique perspective in that her son is profoundly deaf. She and her family received services from the CBC. This sparked her interest in helping other children in South Australia have the same opportunity to learn to listen, speak, and thrive in mainstream education.

“When I show new families around the Centre, I share my strong feelings about the great opportunities here. I hope they will give their child the same amazing gift we received from our experience at the CBC.”
