Professional Services
Each year, at the beginning of the school year, teachers and school personnel have the opportunity to attend a one day workshop at Cora Barclay Centre. Workshop topics include acoustics, use of technology, language development and strategies for the classroom.
The Workshop plays a major role in informing teachers of the special needs of students who are deaf or hearing impaired and in focusing them on how best to assist the students in the mainstream school environment.
