Which one is right for me?
Audiologists are the most highly trained specialists in hearing. They are trained to administer appropriate tests for all types of hearing and balance disorders.
More importantly audiologists are primarily diagnosticians; trained to interpret the results of tests and a medical history and then direct you towards the most appropriate course of action, if any, indicated.
A simple free screening test might be a starting point for many, it is far from a full and exhaustive assessment of hearing, but offers a starting point to discuss whether further testing and rehabilitation is necessary.
