Cochlear Implants

The Centre has an on site Cochlear Implant Clinic as part of the Audiology Department. The Clinic provides, in a family friendly environment, assessment of children and adults who are profoundly deaf and may benefit from a cochlear implant.

Initial testing and assessment is provided and following surgery regular cochlear implant MAPping is undertaken.
